Job summary

Polytainers Inc in Lee’s Summit, MO is seeking a Molding – Mixer to support 24/7 plastic container production. The role focuses on replenishing resin and pigment, performing color changes, and assisting in resin changes to keep molding operations running smoothly. Night shifts run 7 pm–7 am on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

A high school diploma and basic PC skills are required. Experience with resin handling and color mixing is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good PC skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Replenish resin and pigment to molding machines as scheduled.
• Perform resin and color changes when required.
• Maintain records of resin/pigment lots and daily sign-off sheets.
• Clean and inspect resin loading system, magnets and filters on schedule.
• Assist in resin and pigment engineering trials when requested.
• Adhere to safety and 5S/health and safety policies.
