Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months experience in an injection molding environment.
• Certificate from plastics training facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Restart machine with preset parameters.
• Shut down machine for scheduled downtime.
• Respond to machine alarms within 15 minutes if not resolved.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of defective parts and adjust process accordingly.
• Follow lockout/tag out procedures during maintenance.
• Maintain data in setup sheets and data records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and SQF requirements.
