Job summary

Polytainers in Missouri is seeking a Packer in the Molding department for the Continental Nights shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). The role primary task is packing molded parts and performing basic quality inspection within a fast-paced environment.

Secondary duties include housekeeping, line clearance during product changes, and partnering with Cell Leaders. Requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 20 lbs, and conversational English for effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work around moving machinery and noise.
• Converse clearly in English with good verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pack production parts into boxes according to packing specs.
• Obtain packing supplies from designated spots at each machine.
• Assemble, label, and move packed boxes through the line.
• Visually inspect tray parts for defects and report concerns.
• Relieve other Packers for breaks or absence when needed.
• Perform line clearance and assist with disposition of non-conforming products.
• Weigh and record scrap, label scrap correctly.
• Complete line inspection and clearance forms during product changes.
