Job summary

Polytainers Inc. is seeking a Packer in the Molding department for the Continental Nights shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in Lee's Summit, MO. The role pays $18.04/hour with a $2/hour differential for night hours.

Responsibilities include packing molded parts, inspecting quality, and assisting with line changes. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong teamwork, and good verbal/written English.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work around moving machinery and in a noisy environment.
• Conversational English with good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Pack molded production parts into boxes as per specifications.
• Obtain packing supplies and assemble/label boxes for the tape machine.
• Visually inspect parts for defects and assist with line clearance during changes.
• Relieve other Packers for meals/breaks and cover absenteeism as needed.
• Weigh and record scrap, and ensure proper labeling of scrap materials.
