Job summary

Tarkett Middlefield is seeking an experienced operator to join the Molding & Finishing department. You will operate production equipment and perform multiple functions to support growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role offers a trainee wage starting at $22.66 with increases to $24.67 after certification, plus shift premiums of $1.50 (Nights) and $2.00 (Afternoons); top rate currently $28.25 plus premium, with merit increases and attendance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety standards and 5S audit requirements.
• Ability to load/unload rubber press and operate molding/finishing equipment.
• Ability to inspect materials for defects and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in the Molding & Finishing department.
• Complete production tickets and downtime sheets.
• Meet weekly production quotas and support cross training.
• Adhere to safety and quality production standards and work in a fast-paced environment.
