Qualifications

• Adhere to safety standards and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and complete 5S audits.
• Load/unload rubber presses.
• Work in Molding/Finishing dept as needed.
• Inspect materials for defects and inconsistencies.
• Transport materials to next station (tow motor if required).
• Complete production tickets and downtime sheets.
• Support green initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with distractions.
