Job summary

Tarkett is seeking a Molding Trainer on day shift to provide hands-on training, support, and guidance to molding operators. You will ensure newcomers and veterans follow standard work procedures to meet production and quality goals.

You will lead safety practices, coach on troubleshooting, document training progress, and help drive World Class Manufacturing initiatives within the molding and finishing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and mentor others.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts when training needs require.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training on molding and finishing operations.
• Lead training sessions on work instructions, quality standards and policies.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain training records and document operator qualifications.
• Support continuous improvement and WCM initiatives.
