Qualifications

• Safety standards compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform 5s audit.
• Ability to load/unload rubber press.
• Ability to inspect materials for defects and transport them between stations.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in Molding & Finishing.
• Complete production tickets and downtime sheets.
• Maintain green initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.
• Stand for long hours and lift/push objects up to 50 lbs.
• Support weekly production quotas in a fast-paced environment.
