• Ability to read work orders and translate them into production steps.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine parts to be produced and material needs.
• Position molded parts on press bed and align die with matrix.
• Set machine controls to regulate forming pressure and curing time.
• Operate machine to produce samples and inspect for defects; adjust as needed.
• Inspect all produced parts to ensure no defects.
• Remove excess material from products with knives or scrapers.
• Produce molded components in a timely manner to meet production schedules.
• Other job functions as required.
