Job summary

THE MINCO GROUP in Vandalia, OH is seeking a reliable machine operator to run molding equipment and assist with assembly as needed. You will inspect finished parts, document defects, and ensure parts are properly packaged and labeled according to customer requirements.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED preferred, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to perform basic arithmetic.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow Operator Work Instructions.
• Ensure molded parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• Document scrap parts on Shift Report or Shop Floor Communication Cart.
• Pack finished parts to customer requirements and label correctly.
• Work safely and follow OSHA/ASPM rules.
• Collaborate with team and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally work overtime as capacity requires.
