Job summary

ASPM - All Service Plastic Molding is seeking a production associate to operate molding machines and assemble parts as needed. You will inspect each finished part, ensure it matches customer specifications, and document any scrap accurately on the shift logs.

Maintaining a safe, clean work area and following OSHA rules is essential. You will pack parts per customer instructions, label products correctly, and communicate clearly with the team while showing reliable attendance and flexibility for

Qualifications

• Read and follow Operator Work Instructions.
• Identify and report defects to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Maintain safety practices per OSHA rules and company policy.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines following all work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Document scrap parts on Shift Report or Shop Floor Communications Cart.
• Pack finished parts per customer requirements and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with policies.
• Collaborate with team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Demonstrate good time management and attendance, and be willing to overtime when needed.
