Aerotek in Fairfield/West Chester, OH is hiring a Production Assembler for a cleanroom environment. You will set up lines, assemble window frames with hand and power tools, and measure parts to specification.

Responsibilities include inspecting components, maintaining a clean area, and adhering to safety rules. Overtime up to 50+ hours weekly is common; contract-to-hire path offered. This is a fully onsite, first-shift role.

Competenze

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Previous assembly experience in manufacturing or production.
• Comfort with hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Basic proficiency with measuring tools and interpreting measurements.
• Willingness to work overtime, including 50+ hours per week.
• Attention to detail and following written/verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
