You will operate plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts, inspect for defects, trim excess plastic, and perform light assembly and packaging tasks in a clean, safety-focused environment. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and work in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee plastic injection molding machines.
• Inspect parts for defects such as discoloration, cracks, warping, or incomplete molding.
• Remove finished parts from machines or conveyors.
• Trim excess plastic and perform light assembly tasks.
• Package, label, and count finished products.
• Record production and quality data.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Report machine issues, safety concerns, or quality problems to supervisors.
