Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
3+ years of relevant engineering experience (mid-level) or 6+ years (senior) as described in the ad.
Experience analyzing production equipment and processes; solving operational problems.
Experience with paper, molded fiber, or related manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of process improvement and quality methodologies (SPC, DOE, 8D, FMEA).

Responsibilities

Lead or support projects focused on molded fiber manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
Prioritize projects based on size, complexity, and business need.
Support multiple manufacturing facilities and startups.
Evaluate emerging technologies for product and process development.
Troubleshoot equipment and processes; identify root causes and implement solutions.
Lead or participate in process-failure investigations and establish standard solutions.
