Genera in Vonore, TN is seeking an Innovation & Technology Development Manager to lead molded fiber technology development, pilot-scale to full-scale production, and sustainable packaging initiatives.

You will drive integration of research, development, and commercialization, manage an innovation pipeline, and collaborate with customers, universities, and suppliers to advance performance and cost competitiveness.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of pulp and paper manufacturing processes, materials, additives, and equipment.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or engineering roles in the pulp/paper industry.
• PMP certification preferred; project-management experience essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead innovation and technology roadmap for molded fiber technology.
• Identify emerging technologies and develop strategic roadmaps.
• Oversee lab, pilot, and production-scale trials.
• Collaborate with customers, universities, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Establish stage-gate processes and manage IP development.
• Support capital projects and technology commercialization.
