Job summary
Vonore Fiber Products LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to support process development, equipment operation, sample production, and continuous improvement at the Innovation Center. You will analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Product Development, Operations, Quality, and Maintenance to scale molded fiber technologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical or related engineering field.
- 1–3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, process engineering, R&D or pilot plant.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in molded fiber, packaging or related process industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain pilot-scale and laboratory process equipment.
- Produce customer, internal, and development samples for projects and opportunities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute laboratory and pilot-scale trials.
- Support DOE activities and process optimization projects.
- Assist with installation, startup, commissioning and qualification of new equipment.
