Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking an experienced Mold Technician at our Tolleson, AZ plant to perform mold changeovers, cleaning, and maintenance on injection molding machines. You will troubleshoot issues, support production, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of related experience, with preferred experience in Husky or B&B equipment. Strong teamwork and adherence to GMP/HACCP are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Injection molding, mold maintenance experience preferred; Husky or B&B equipment experience beneficial.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions; good communication and arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean molds and machines and remove residue to prevent contamination.
• Perform mold changeovers, grease molds and carriers, and assist with maintenance.
• Inspect molds, replace damaged cavities, cores and components as authorized.
• Monitor press alarms and troubleshoot mold, machine, and production issues.
• Follow safety procedures, GMPs and HACCP requirements.
