RealTruck is hiring a Mold Technician for the 3rd shift in Lincoln, RI. Mon-Thu 11:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Fri-Sat 11:00 p.m.–8:30 a.m. The role involves mold changes, setting adjustments, and quality-related procedures to support production.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and experience with thermoforming or injection molding. Forklift experience preferred; comprehensive benefits provided by RealTruck.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing and process control equipment required.
• Thermoforming, Injection Mold, or related machine operator experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mold change activities to ensure proper equipment changeovers.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashion.
• Perform operational procedures to ensure the quality of the product produced.
• Identify the proper tooling required for pending production.
• Inspect the condition of molds and component parts for damage and wear; notify Lead if maintenance or replacement is needed.
• Assist other maintenance employees with repairs, PM, installation commissioning and testing of equipment.
• Analyze and resolve all issues related to the equipment.
• Keep molds/tools in good and safe condition and return to designated area.
• Ensure mold is stored in the designated area after job completion.
