Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook; knowledge of Pareto charts.
• Ability to read and analyze information; write reports/work instructions.
• Ability to solve practical problems and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Train and assist associates on preventive maintenance.
• Perform machine setup and operate equipment safely.
• Record scrap and dispose of daily; complete paperwork accurately.
• Maintain TPM goals and support EHS initiatives (5S3D, Kaizen, SQDCME).
• Operate heavy equipment including cranes and forklifts.
