Job summary

Heartland Automotive LLC is seeking a Mold PM Technician to support our injection molding operation. The role focuses on deep cleaning and preventative maintenance of molds, tooling, fixtures, and related components to ensure uninterrupted plant production.

You will perform PM tasks, document work, and operate small tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include performing deep cleaning (chemical peel or dry ice blasting), greasing and lubing per PM instructions, and

Qualifications

Experience working in or in support of an injection molding operation preferred but not required.
Mechanical ability with use of basic hand tools.
Detail oriented.
Ability to learn mold preventive mold maintenance.
Ability to maintain good attendance.

Responsibilities

Perform deep cleaning and preventative maintenance on molds, tooling, fixtures, and other mold components.
Execute scheduled PMs, document PM work and tasks.
Operate a variety of small machines, tools, and equipment.
Conduct deep cleaning using chemical peels or dry ice blasting per PM work instructions.
Assist Mold Repair Technician with mold repairs as needed.
Maintain good housekeeping and perform other duties as assigned.
Be available for on-call rotation.
