Techniplas US LLC dba NEXXTA in Dalton, GA is seeking a Mold Setter to run production tool changes, set up molds, and maintain equipment per specifications. You will remove and install molds, connect water lines, adjust ejector systems, and document preventive maintenance and changeover activities.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong teamwork, basic math skills, and the ability to read instructions and diagrams.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out written or diagram instructions.
• Hydraulic maintenance, tool setup and robot setup experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Remove and set molds according to mold change schedule, ensuring secure connections and proper setup.
• Operate equipment to move molds and related tooling between locations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and document procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely job activities and changeovers.
• Complete preventative maintenance on molds and document per procedures.
