Techniplas Group, based in Dalton, GA, seeks a Mold Setter to set up production tools, sample molds, and related equipment. This role follows mold-change schedules, maintains molds, and documents maintenance activities to ensure quality.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, teamwork, basic math, and the ability to read and follow written or diagrammed instructions. Hydraulic/tool setup and manufacturing experience are a plus, with a mechanical aptitude valued.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work and function in a team environment.
• Proficient in basic mathematics and reading instructions.
• Hydraulic maintenance, tool setup, robot setup and related manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must demonstrate punctuality and have good attendance history.

Responsabilidades

• Remove and set molds according to mold change schedule.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and hoists to move molds or equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Coordinate with other department personnel to ensure timely job activities.
• Complete preventative maintenance on molds and document procedures.
• Develop and complete process improvements to increase changeover rate.
