Job summary

NDS, a member of NORMA Group, is seeking a Mold Setter to join our first shift team in Lithia Springs, GA. The role involves removing and installing molds, reviewing process conditions, and injecting the first article for QC sign-off to ensure part quality and process efficiency.

Reporting to the Mold Setter Supervisor, you will work in a safety-conscious environment, operate hand tools, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Computer literacy and clear English communication skills are essential.
• Able to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Change out molds in machines to meet production needs.
• Set up machine process conditions for quality and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, molds, and machine performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment at all times.
• Follow safety policies and use hand tools to remove/install molds.
• Ensure tasks are completed safely and on time.
• Review settings to optimize quality and cycle time.
