• Root cause analysis of quality issues.
• Dexterity with precision tooling and hands-on work.
• Mechanically inclined and practical problem solving.
• Proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication using MS Outlook.
• Interest in pursuing injection molding process development.

Aufgaben

• Disassemble and assemble molds for production or PM.
• Install and remove molds in IMMs.
• Setup/changeover troubleshooting of dryers, conveyors, temp controllers, etc.
• Prepare and stage raw materials at production cells.
• Load process parameters and verify setups.
• IMM start-up/shutdown.
• Coordinate with Quality for first run samples.
• Fill out daily production run documentation.
• Document parameter changes.
• Back-up operators as needed for short intervals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain workspace safety and cleanliness.
