Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US work authorization without sponsorship required.
• Experience reading blueprints and using measuring tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines (horizontal/rotary).
• Inspect parts for defects (underfill/flash).
• Weigh containers and verify counts.
• Document hourly quality inspections.
• Create shipping labels in SAP.
• Measure parts with gauges/calipers.
• Maintain 5S and safety in the molding area.
• Report equipment issues to supervisor.
• Monitor resin levels and manage regrind exchange.
• Follow PPE rules and plant safety policies.
