Cretex Medical in Minnesota seeks a Process Technician Supervisor to lead molding operations and drive continuous improvement. You will manage technicians and set up teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.

As a working supervisor, you will analyze data, optimize processes, and ensure validated procedures and documentation are in place. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and Lean skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a technical team in molding operations.
• Deep technical understanding of injection molding processes and troubleshooting.
• Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills (5 Whys, Fishbone).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop molding technicians, including training and shift handoffs.
• Own daily and weekly shift performance, improve OEE and on-time delivery.
• Reduce scrap, waste, and downtime while maximizing efficiency.
• Drive mold changeovers using SMED and meet schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineers on mold trials and process validation.
• Lead Lean initiatives and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
