Job summary

Cretex Medical Component and Device Technologies is seeking a Process Technician Supervisor to lead molding operations, drive continuous improvement, and manage a team of process technicians. This role focuses on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency, using MES/ERP data analytics to guide decisions.

You will oversee mold changeovers, optimize processes, and coordinate with engineering, quality, planning, and other functions to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a technical team.
• Advanced Injection Molding Process Expertise.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting molding defects (splay, flash, short shots).
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop molding technicians and shift handoffs.
• Own daily/weekly shift performance and OEE.
• Reduce scrap, waste and unplanned downtime.
• Support mold trials and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Lead Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen) on the molding floor.
• Ensure safe, compliant operation and proper documentation.
