Cretex Medical is hiring a Process Technician Supervisor to lead a team of molding technicians and drive process excellence on the manufacturing floor. You will oversee daily schedule performance, optimize cycle times, and coordinate tool changeovers and trials to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.

The role requires 5+ years in technical leadership, advanced injection molding knowledge, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

5+ years leading a technical team with advanced Injection Molding Process Expertise and troubleshooting defects.
Associate degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience.
Structured problem-solving skills (5 Whys, Fishbone) for permanent corrective actions.
Proven ability to deliver short- and long-term business results.
Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Clear verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and organized.
Lean Practitioner Certification.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop molding technicians across levels; train and assess skills.
Own daily/weekly shift performance; drive safety, utilization, and on-time delivery.
Reduce scrap, waste, and downtime; optimize OEE and operational efficiency.
Drive mold changeovers using SMED; meet production schedules and deliveries.
Optimize molding processes, cycles, material usage, and changeovers.
Ensure schedules with staffing, resources, and capacity planning.
Monitor performance using MES/ERP/Power BI data; identify trends.
Ensure validated processes and proper documentation (WIs, setup sheets).
Support mold trials and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) with Eng/Quality.
Participate in Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen); optimize cell layout and changeovers.
