Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Press Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:15pm, M–F with overtime on Saturdays). You will operate mold press equipment, set up machines per procedures, read blueprints, and document production data while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has experience as a manufacturing machine operator, can interpret measurement devices, and works well in a team. This on-site role requires physical work and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manufacturing Machine Operator preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret measurement devices.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate mold press machines and support production targets.
• Set up machines according to procedures and guidelines.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to assemble equipment accurately.
• Record production quantities and scrap.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness at the workstation.
• Identify and report defects to supervisor.
