Hubbell Incorporated is hiring a Press Machine Operator for the 2:00pm–10:15pm shift, with overtime on Saturdays as needed. You will operate mold presses to produce enclosures, interpret blueprints, document production data, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency at the workstation.

You will work with the production team to meet targets, perform setup adjustments, and report any defects or safety concerns promptly.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Manufacturing Machine Operator preferred.
• Proficient reading and interpretation of measurement devices.
• Basic literacy for following instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• High attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Familiarity with using basic hand tools.

Responsabilidades

• Operate various machines and perform mold press operations to support the production team.
• Set up and operate machines according to procedures.
• Interpret blueprints and diagrams to assemble equipment accurately.
• Record production quantities including scrap.
• Maintain workstation inventory and inspect quality.
• Identify and report defects to supervision.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Document data and adjust machine settings for quality production.
