• Maintains, repairs and sets up equipment including injection & hydraulic presses.
• Inspects machines daily to confirm proper operation and safety.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and performs repairs to restore production quickly.
• Disassembles and reassembles equipment using hand and power tools.
• Plans setups from blueprints and manufacturer specs for new jobs.
• Keeps preventive maintenance logs and documents repairs and upgrades.
