Job summary

R&R Rubber Molding Inc in South El Monte, CA, seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our rubber molding operations running smoothly in a fast-paced industrial environment.

You will perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and support facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems while maintaining accurate logs and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, or machine repair is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliability, safety-consciousness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment failures.
• Repair and maintain rubber molding presses, molds, and related production equipment.
• Conduct facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work order documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety standards.
