Job summary

Biomerics is seeking a Mold Press Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot injection molding presses and related production equipment. You will minimize downtime and support molding production, engineering, quality, and facilities with preventive and predictive maintenance and timely repairs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, interpreting drawings and mold documentation, performing preventive tasks, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining injection molding presses, preferably Sodick or similar equipment.
• Experience with machine controls, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and industrial automation.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably medical device manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, condition, optimize, and document injection molding processes for new molds and products.
• Establish stable, repeatable processes that meet quality requirements and support efficient production.
• Troubleshoot molding, tooling, and processing issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and mold documentation.
