Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in Mebane, North Carolina, United States seeks a Priority Mold Maker I for 1st shift (7am-3:30pm). You will assemble and repair molds, set up CNC/milling equipment, and read shop drawings to produce high-quality components.

The role requires 3–5 years in mold making, strong math/technical skills, and the ability to work safely in a team environment; overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ mold making experience.
• Willing to train and develop mold making skills.
• Demonstrate competence in shop math and decimals/fractions.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Able to communicate clearly and analyze information.
• Must be punctual and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and assemble molds safely and efficiently.
• Set up, program, and operate CNC, manual mill, lathe, EDM, and surface grinder as needed.
• Read shop drawings, e-files, verbal instructions, and sketches for work.
• Maintain clean work area and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.
• Collaborate with senior mold makers on mold repairs and new builds.
