Technimark is seeking a 1st Shift Tool Maker for its Inwood, WV manufacturing facility. The role focuses on maintaining production-ready molds, repairing and servicing tooling, and wiring hot runners and related components.

Candidates should be able to read blueprints and mechanical drawings, with a preference for those with mold maintenance experience. The position requires hands-on machining skills (lathe, milling, surface grinding) and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, part prints, and interpret mechanical drawings and wiring schematics.
• High School or better required with technical training preferred.
• Experience maintaining and repairing injection molds is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Maintain all molds in a production-ready state to support manufacturing.
• Repair, clean, service and perform insert changes on molds.
• Wire hot runners, hot sprue components and thermocouples; replace hot runner components as needed.
• Read blueprints and drawings and ensure tooling matches specifications.
• Perform mold preventative maintenance and maintain service records.
