You will set up molds, adjust parameters, monitor production, and perform secondary operations including deflashing, inspection, and packaging. This role requires attention to safety and quality standards and reliable attendance.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• Entry level production experience.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Basic knowledge of machine controls and programs.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Operate injection molding machine to produce polymer components.
• Review orders and blueprints to determine molding requirements.
• Set up molds, adjust parameters, monitor production.
• Wear respirator as needed.
• Cycle mold and perform secondary operations including deflashing, inspection, and packaging.
• Inspect finished products for defects and escalate issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and report issues.
• Meet department targets and follow safety policies.
