Job summary

S&C Electric Company is seeking a Mold Machine Operator to mold epoxy parts in a production setting. You will run an injection molding machine, set up molds, read simple blueprints, and perform secondary operations like deflashing and packaging with attention to quality and safety.

The role requires 1+ year of machine operation experience in a production environment and a High School/GED diploma. You will work a night shift 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Sunday - Thursday) with overtime as needed, at

Qualifications

• 1+ year of machine operation experience in a production environment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machine to produce simple polymer components.
• Set up molds, adjust parameters, monitor production.
• Inspect finished products and escalate quality issues when needed.
• Perform deflashing, inspection, lubrication, and packaging as part of cycle.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards; follow company policies.
