Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Process Technician for the 2nd shift to support the injection molding operation, assist with machine setups, monitor production, and help ensure high-quality plastic components. The role focuses on safe, efficient production and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 2+ years in molding or related areas, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in molding or manufacturing quality work.
Ability to read and follow standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

Complete injection molds and related equipment startup, shutdown, and basic setup activities for sample/production runs.
Monitor molding machine gauges, pressures, temperatures and production processes to ensure parts meet quality standards.
Perform routine process checks and document production data including cycle times and part quality.
Work unsupervised while using manual and/or power equipment and tools.
Assist in mold changes and material changes as directed.
Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or process deviations.
