S&C Electric Company is seeking a Mold Machine Operator to support our molding operations in Franklin, WI. You will operate an injection molding machine to produce polymer components, review orders and blueprints, set up molds, and monitor production for quality and efficiency.

The position runs 2nd shift (3:00 pm–1:30 am) Monday–Thursday with overtime on Fridays when necessary. Earn $22.50/hour plus 20% shift premium, with eligibility for a short-term incentive bonus and generous paid time off

Competenze

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Entry level production experience is acceptable.
Ability to use hand tools.
Basic knowledge of machine controls and programs.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic computer skills to respond to requests.
Basic math skills to calculate quantities, weights, and measurements.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to follow Health Safety & Environment procedures and report concerns.
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Mansioni

Operate an injection molding machine to produce simple polymer components.
Review job orders and blueprints to understand molding requirements.
Set up molds, adjust parameters, and monitor production for optimal output.
Perform secondary operations such as deflashing, inspection, lubrication, and packaging.
Maintain equipment cleanliness and document completed jobs accurately.
