Job description

Staffmark is seeking a dedicated Mold Line Operator to join our team in Cold Spring, MN. If you're ready to bring your skills to a company with over a century of expertise, this is your chance! Join us and be part of a team that builds lasting legacies.

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 5 AM - 2 PM
• Friday: 5 AM - 11 PM
• Pay: $20 per hour

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read a tape measure (imperial and metric) accurately
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Steel-toe footwear
• Manufacturing experience is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Mold set-up and preparation
• Riddling and operation of sand machines
• Strike-off and roll-over/set-up operations
• Opening, pulling patterns, and closing molds
• Pattern cleaning and maintenance
• Ensuring consistent quality and efficiency throughout the process
