Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Franklin, NJ

Shift: 3rd Shift (10:45PM - 6:45AM, week begins Sunday night)

Responsibilities

• Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic packaging lines, including quality control, material procurement, setup, and adjustments within specifications.
• Perform light preventative maintenance and ensure smooth production flow.
• Train Packaging employees as needed, oversee work procedures, co-sign records, and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Assist with changeovers, sanitation, inventory management, and housekeeping.
• Report irregularities and perform duties of a Packaging Operator.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in production/processing areas, machinery, and products.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, perform repetitive bending, lifting, and standing for long hours.
• Effective communication skills in English; able to work off shifts and overtime.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
