Job summary

Green Home Solutions is the Twin Cities' locally owned franchise focusing on indoor air quality and mold remediation, now expanding into water and fire restoration. We seek an Inspector who blends technical assessment with sales and earns base pay plus uncapped commissions. You’ll conduct inspections, build quotes, and drive the full sales cycle.

The role offers growth, hands-on training, 401(k) with match, and a schedule free of weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years performing home inspections, mold inspections, or restoration inspections.
• CRIE certification preferred; other IAQ certifications considered.
• Strong report writing and data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and handle objections.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and teammates.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a variable daily schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home inspections for mold and IAQ issues.
• Evaluate investigations and identify risks.
• Write clear inspection reports with next steps.
• Build job quotes and guide clients through solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from first contact to closed job.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Deliver a trusted client experience and earn referrals.
