This consultative, in-home role emphasizes trust, empathy, and the ability to close—you’ll coordinate with our production team and guide customers from decision to service while achieving individual sales goals and enjoying strong earning potential with base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• In-home, one-call close, home services or other customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and assess mold-related property damage.
• Evaluate customer needs and determine the appropriate scope of work.
• Clearly explain findings, recommendations, and remediation solutions.
• Present project options and pricing to homeowners.
• Build trust and confidently ask for the business.
• Secure project authorization and necessary documentation.
• Maintain timely follow-up with prospective and current customers.

• Serve as a key point of contact throughout the customer experience.
