Green Home Solutions of Twin Cities, MN is seeking an experienced mold/IAQ Inspector with strong communication and multitasking abilities to join our team.

You will conduct home inspections related to Indoor Air Quality, discuss findings with clients, and help create accurate reports and quotes while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years performing home or mold inspections
• CRIE or higher certification preferred (IAQ certifications considered)
• Strong report writing and data interpretation
• Construction/building science knowledge
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent follow-up and persistence
• Punctual and self-motivated; proactive

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle
• Engage with clients to understand needs

• Explain defects from inspections in report form
• Create job quotes
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively to achieve satisfaction

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• 2 or more years performing home inspections or mold inspections
• CRIE or higher certification is ideal. Other IAQ certifications are considered

• Must have a professional appearance and positive attitude
• A valid driver license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
