Green Home Solutions of the Twin Cities in Blaine, MN is seeking a Mold/IAQ Inspector - Technical Sales. This full-time role offers base pay with uncapped commission ($20-$25 per hour base, DOE) plus commission and advancement opportunities.

You’ll inspect homes for mold and IAQ, explain findings to homeowners, and guide clients from initial contact to job closure. If you bring inspection experience and a consultative sales mindset, this is your next move.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in home, mold, or restoration inspections.
• CRIE preferred; other IAQ certs considered.
• Strong report writing and data interpretation skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home inspections for mold and IAQ issues.
• Write clear inspection reports with findings and next steps.
• Build quotes and present recommended solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closed job.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Deliver a trustworthy client experience that earns referrals.
