Qualifications

• Dependable, mechanically inclined, safety minded, and comfortable working around manufacturing equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic injection molding practices knowledge.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical principles.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and document work.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete mold changes from start to finish.
• Prepare, change, and maintain injection molds.
• Change and clean injection molding machine hoppers.
• Identify and tag machines or molds requiring repairs.
• Communicate daily with supervisors, lead setup personnel, and management.
• Keep your work area and equipment organized and professional.
• Assist with special projects and continuous improvement activities.
• Support the team wherever needed to keep production moving safely and efficiently.
