Machine Mechanics will perform mold changes and troubleshoot equipment, contributing to our production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Candidates with Military training and/or experience encouraged to apply.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold changes, start ups and changes to the molding processes.
• Troubleshoot robots and other miscellaneous assembly equipment.
• Tag areas of machines and molds that require repairs.
• Communicate with superintendent and/or mechanics supervisor.
• Work on special projects as assigned.
• Participate in daily OPM activities as required.

Skills

Strong communication and documentation skills

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Troubleshooting skills

Working knowledge of basic injection molding practices

Ability to safely operate forklifts and hoists

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
