Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform mold setups and changeovers based on the production schedule.
• Prepare tooling and peripherals ahead of time; correct process problems per supervisor direction.
• Own preventative maintenance on active tools: clean and grease molds; inspect and lubricate equipment.
• Troubleshoot mold performance issues and assist repairs while coordinating with impacted personnel.
• Watch and operate lines as needed to safeguard output and quality.
• Run quality checks on containers to confirm specs; record problems and adjustments.
• Follow plant specifications and task lists without exception.
