Revere Plastics Systems in Ankeny, IA seeks an Injection Molding Technician to set molds, start up machines, and troubleshoot processes to keep production moving.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in injection molding, strong mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn evolving technology; robotics experience is a plus. The role offers growth opportunities in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities

• Set molds, start up machines, and troubleshoot injection molding processes.
• Keep machines running to maximize uptime and reduce downtime.
• Identify root cause issues and fix them fast.
• Adjust processes to prevent defects and reduce scrap.
• Program and adjust robotics (3-axis experience a plus).
• Support mold changes to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Respond to quality and production issues in real time.
• Maintain process documentation and standards.
• Help train operators and support the team.
• Keep your area clean, safe, and organized.

• Frequent use of hands for handling, adjusting, and operating equipment
• Occasional bending, kneeling, climbing, and balancing
