Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a skilled manufacturing worker to perform mix and lay-up of composite materials, fiberglass, resins, and adhesives on molds. You will use a range of hand tools and operate power equipment, including vacuum infusion processes, to install components on hulls and decks.

Youll read blueprints, locate parts, and ensure precise sanding of finished surfaces. The role requires long shifts, potential overtime, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following safety

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and applying to lay-up work.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions.
• Capable of working in a loud, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform mix and lay-up of composite materials and resins.
• Operate tools like saws, drills, grinders, and hoists.
• Read blueprints, locate parts, and assemble hulls and decks.
• Sand fiberglass components to required finish.
